Jerry ,what do you think about ball nosed end mills for cutting on a radiused surface?

If had to chose between the two, I would pick the endmill. Endmills are ground specifically to cut. A drill is not a precise/ accurate cutting tool, and the forces imparted by a drill are completely different than those of an endmill. I have never tried a ball mill on the ejector leg..Just checked one of my vendors, 1/16 ball is available..
