Obviously I have failed. It was my intention to document the process of building a 1911 from premium parts sourced from forum members and other leaders in the industry as appreciation for the all the generous help
the professionals here have presented. As a guest I am ashamed to have run onerously close to the edge of violating the clearly set boundaries of my host.

I shall retire back to lurking mode and remain ever grateful for those who have sparked this passion and shared their knowledge.
