For a kid having one file, some sandpaper and half a clue it didn't turn out horrible... Just going to slap some 44/40 on it until my Johnny Cash project is done, then re-parkerize the whole thing. Image

Looks good. Can not tell if you have a smooth transition to the frame, May need to go a little bit further.

You're right, that wasn't the best pic, I actually continued the angle about .375" past the seam, here's some shots with the bluing done, the flash kinda washes it out a bit but you can see the transition a little better.Image
