I run a small family owned reloading business and I thought some people might be interested in seeing the machinery we use in our process. We currently have both Ammoload and Camdex loading machines. We use a home made sorter to rough sort our brass and a Camdex Case Processor to process used brass. Currently our 40, 45 and 5.56 is loaded using new brass and quality USA made components. Our 9mm uses re-manufactured brass that is fully processed and roll sized before loading. If you have any questions I would be happy to answer them.

Camdex Boxing Machine. We use this machine to count and do quality control on our ammunition. We hand inspect and case gauge all ammunition before it leaves our facility.

As our business grows we are expanding our product line. Next up is a match grade 45 ACP using 185gr JHP bullets. If there is anything you would like to see please let us know.

Thanks guys. We get about 3500 rounds per hour out of the Camdex machines and 2750 per hour out of the Ammoload. The Ammoload is a little slower because it requires primer feeding 100 at a time where as the Camdex uses a bowl feeder that holds 400 to 500 primers. I'm looking to modify the Ammoload to accept a Camdex style primer feed to increase the production.
